Welcome to Pilgrim Church! Visitors are always welcome. Our family service is held every Sunday at 9:30 AM. Sunday school is available during the public school calendar. Communion is performed on the first Sunday of every month.

GOOD THINGS FOR SUMMER

Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in the flow of things. If everyone is having a second piece of pie, or more strawberry shortcake, why not? If everyone in my circle of friends has a brand new and fashionable jacket, somehow I feel left behind if I don’t have one just like it, too. What about the newest cell phone? It seems as if they come out with a new one daily. Do you have the best plan that goes with it? Do you have a big flat screen TV?

Coming - Ladies Tea - February 2009

LADIES: CHECK YOUR CLOSETS AND ATTICS

The next Ladies Tea in February 2009 will be a WEDDING TEA. Do you still have your wedding gown or your Mom’s gown? Maybe you bought one at an auction or have a special dress – that also would be wonderful. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO FIT! The youth members of our church will be models. Delicate dresses can also just be displayed. Let’s make this a very special occasion. More details in the Fall.

Antiques Appraisal

SAVE THIS DATE!

Saturday, October 25, 2008. The Church Growth Committee is sponsoring an ANTIQUES APPRAISAL. Check through your family treasures and get an answer to what you always wondered about the worth of “Uncle Victor’s prize violin” or pieces that you have inherited or bought. Details to follow in September.

Coats and Jackets for All Seasons Needed!

Sorting through your spring coats and jackets and don’t know what to do with those you’ve outgrown or have grown tired of wearing? Good news! The Shriners Hospital is still collecting outerwear. Bring your coats and jackets into the church office, and Bob Keogh will take them into Boston on a weekly basis.

Everyone Deserves a Lifetime!

EVERYONE DESERVES A LIFETIME
On the weekend of August 15, 16 and 17, 3000+ men and women will begin a journey to walk three days to promote awareness for Breast Cancer and to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, whose mission is to provide education, screening and research for Breast Cancer and its related diseases.

Opportunity Knocks!
