DRINK THE WATER, KEEP THE BOTTLE, FILL IT WITH DIMES AND BRING IT TO CHURCH HOMECOMING SUNDAY!!
All done in the interest of your health (drinking water) and the health of Pilgrim Congregational Church (raising funds for Capital Campaign Fund) and what could be easier?? As you know, whenever you start a home improvement project one thing leads to another. It is never as simple as "now the job is done" there is always something else to redo or repair and so it is with our beloved Pilgrim Church. Our sincere appreciation to all those who accepted the challenge and took a bottle, or two, and are diligently filling it with dimes. When making a purchase, request your loose change in dimes and smile when you get a strange look from the cashier! Keep in mind what a blessing this will be if 100 bottles are returned filled, realizing $10,000 or 200 bottles realizing $20,000. (We can hope can't we?)
Benjamin Joffrion told me Sunday he already has a bottle 1/3 filled with dimes. Let this dedicated young man be an inspiration to us all and meet his challenge.
